Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using acqSYS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

acqSYS provides production intelligence software for 3D printing filament manufacturers, including real-time monitoring, quality control, traceability, and analytics tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a per-production-line basis. Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your production data. Mach Technologies PSA does not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate through the Service. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mach Technologies PSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where Mach Technologies PSA operates.
