The three tiers

Pick the tier by the operating or engineering decision your plant is ready to improve.

Every tier keeps the core production and process record intact. The difference is how far that record reaches into planning, automation, external systems, reporting, process review, and custom integration work.

FAQ

Pricing questions producers usually ask.

The price is per connected production line; the configuration work depends on your machines, process targets, data, labels, reports, and systems.

What counts as a production line?

A production line is the line connected to acqSYS — typically an extruder plus its associated equipment (cooling baths, haul-off, winder). Per-line billing is per production line, not per configuration; you can freely adjust that line's setup inside acqSYS without creating a new billing unit.

How does per-line pricing work?

You pay per production line connected to acqSYS. If you have 3 lines on the Professional tier, you pay 3 × €459 = €1,377/month. Users are unlimited on every tier — add as many operators, supervisors, and managers as you need without per-user fees.

Do prices exclude VAT?

Prices on this page are exclusive of VAT and any applicable local taxes. Final invoicing follows EU and country-specific rules based on your billing address.

Are onboarding and implementation included?

Self-service onboarding resources are included on every tier. Guided setup is included on Professional. Dedicated onboarding is included on Enterprise. Physical-line integration scope — line signal mapping, network access, and connection model — is scoped during the sales call because it depends on your machines, network, and protocol availability.

Why is Starter so comprehensive?

Because the core platform — monitoring, QC, OEE, operator dashboard, machine management, formulation, and process context — is one integrated system. We keep the core workflow together and differentiate on integrations, automation, AI-supported review, and advanced analytics.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — register at demo.acqsys.eu/register for instant access. 7-day accounts with Professional-tier workflows and 3 simulated production lines. No credit card required. Request an extension if you need more time.

Can I mix tiers across lines?

No — all lines in a deployment are on the same tier. Upgrade the entire deployment to unlock features for all lines.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual. Annual billing includes a discount — contact us for details.

What about data ownership?

Your data is yours. acqSYS does not use your production or process data for any purpose other than providing the service. Full data export is available at any time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes — upgrade at any time (takes effect immediately). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Which platforms do you integrate with?

Shopify — orders in + inventory out + fulfillment, available on Professional and Enterprise.

Odoo — sale-order pull, status notes, inventory update, and fulfillment sync, available on Professional and Enterprise.

Future standard platform connectors — available from Professional as they ship.

REST API and webhooks — Enterprise tier, with scope confirmed during onboarding.

Custom integration projects — scoped separately for Enterprise deployments.

How is machine connectivity scoped?

Industrial protocol connectors — OPC UA, Modbus TCP, MQTT, Beckhoff ADS, and EtherCAT — are available across tiers. VPN tunnel and acqSYS gateway connection models are available across tiers as well; the specific connector, network, and gateway scope for your machines is confirmed during onboarding.

Do you support on-premise deployment?

On request for Enterprise tier. Contact us to discuss requirements.

Pick a tier

Choose the starting point by the operating or engineering question you want to answer first.

If the priority is visibility, process context, and QC proof, start with Starter. If planning, labels, integrations, reports, transition output, and AI-supported process review matter now, compare Professional. If the boundary is custom systems, API, webhooks, or deployment model, scope Enterprise.
