Terms of service.

Terms governing your use of acqsys.eu, the acqSYS demo platform, and the acqSYS production-intelligence service.

1. Service provider

acqSYS is operated by Mach Technologies Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (Mach Technologies PSA), registered at Św. Filipa 23/3, 31-150 Kraków, Poland, EU. KRS: 0001192155 · NIP: PL6762701684 · REGON: 542653840. Contact: hello@acqsys.eu · +48 12 444 74 18.

This website (acqsys.eu) is hosted on Netlify; contact-form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms; aggregate usage analytics is measured with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Full processor list is in the privacy policy.

2. Acceptance of terms

By browsing acqsys.eu, submitting the contact form, or registering for and using the demo platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the website or the demo platform. Use of the acqSYS production service additionally requires, and is governed by, a signed service agreement.

3. Scope

These terms cover:

  • browsing acqsys.eu and submitting the contact / demo form,
  • registering on and using the demo platform at demo.acqsys.eu,
  • subscribing to the acqSYS production-intelligence service under a separate signed agreement.

The signed service agreement always takes precedence over these terms.

4. Demo platform — terms of use

  • Registration at demo.acqsys.eu/register is free and does not require a credit card.
  • Demo accounts have 7 days of access to the simulated production environment with three simulated production lines.
  • Extension is available on request.
  • Demo data is simulated. Do not upload real customer data to the demo platform.

5. Demo account suspension and termination

  • Mach Technologies PSA may suspend or terminate a demo account without notice in case of abuse, a breach of these terms, or activity that threatens the security or stability of the demo platform.
  • Demo accounts expire at the end of the access period stated in section 4 unless extended on request.
  • Data in an expired or terminated demo account may be deleted without further notice. Do not store anything on the demo platform that you need to keep.

6. Pricing & subscriptions

  • Production subscriptions are priced per production line, on the tiers listed at /pricing/.
  • Prices on the pricing page are exclusive of VAT and applicable local taxes.
  • Billing is monthly or annual, governed by a separate signed agreement.
  • Users are unlimited on every tier.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

7. Data ownership

Your production data is yours. Mach Technologies PSA does not use your production data for any purpose other than providing the service. Full data export is available at any time. Specific data-processing terms are part of the signed service agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The content of acqsys.eu — text, design, graphics, and screenshots — and the acqSYS software, including the demo platform, remain the property of Mach Technologies PSA or its licensors. Customer names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant no license or other right beyond use of the website and the demo platform as described here; in particular, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the site content or the software without prior written consent, except where mandatory law permits.

9. Service availability

Target service availability and the specific uptime commitment are defined per contract in the signed service agreement. Planned maintenance windows are notified in advance.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in a way that violates applicable law,
  • reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary mechanisms from the platform,
  • upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights,
  • resell or sub-license the service without a separate written agreement.

11. Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website and the demo platform are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind. The demo platform runs on simulated data and is intended for evaluation only; Mach Technologies PSA accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of demo data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mach Technologies PSA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the demo platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Liability for production use of acqSYS is governed by the signed service agreement. acqSYS supports production decisions and process improvement. The AI Production Planning Agent supports manager-reviewed planning scenarios that commit through scheduler validation. The current AI Process Advisor beta is decision support; future autonomous process-control and R&D automation capabilities are provided only under the scope, validation, limits, and responsibilities agreed in the signed service agreement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kraków, Poland.

13. Changes

We may update these terms when our service changes. Material changes are announced via email to active subscribers and reflected on this page.
