Privacy policy.

How Mach Technologies PSA handles personal data submitted via acqsys.eu and the acqSYS demo platform.

2. What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you submit yourself, plus minimal usage analytics:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, country, website, number of extrusion lines, current tracking method, role, timeframe, main bottlenecks, message, and your GDPR consent. Required fields are name, email, company, number of extrusion lines, and consent; all other fields — country, website, current tracking method, role, timeframe, bottlenecks, and message — are optional.
  • Analytics — page views and a small set of named interaction events (demo_register_click, demo_request_submit, pricing_view, contact_mailto_click, contact_phone_click, ai_planner_view, ai_roadmap_view), measured with Google Analytics 4. Details are in section 7 (Analytics and cookies).

3. Who processes your data

Your contact-form submission is delivered to Mach Technologies PSA via Netlify Forms. As of launch:

  • Form provider: Netlify, Inc. — submissions are captured by Netlify Forms (the form-handling feature built into the hosting service that serves this website). Netlify's data-processing terms are public at netlify.com/privacy.
  • Email delivery: Netlify Forms forwards each submission to the Mach Technologies sales inbox (recipient address configured in the Netlify dashboard). No separate third-party email-marketing tool is used.
  • Analytics provider: Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC (USA) as sub-processor — Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate website usage on our behalf. Details are in section 7; transfer safeguards are in section 8.
  • Hosting provider: Netlify, Inc. — serves the static pages of acqsys.eu over its global CDN. Netlify's DPA covers the hosting relationship.
  • Demo platform: demo.acqsys.eu — operated by Mach Technologies PSA. If you register on the demo platform, the demo platform's own privacy notice applies in addition to this one.

4. Why we process your data

  • To respond to your demo request and contact you about an acqSYS demo — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the required consent checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To measure aggregate website usage — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data, share it with third-party advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to acqSYS.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction (demo, follow-up, or explicit opt-out), then deleted. Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for up to 14 months, per our GA4 retention configuration, and is then deleted.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • request deletion (right to be forgotten),
  • request a copy of your data (data portability),
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw your consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@acqsys.eu. We respond to statutory requests without undue delay, and at the latest within one month, as the GDPR requires; ordinary inquiries usually receive a reply within one business day.

7. Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, property G-19X0N4E6X4) to measure page views and the named interaction events listed in section 2. The analytics processor is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), with Google LLC (USA) acting as sub-processor. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, and similar) to distinguish visitors and sessions.

Analytics data may be transferred to the United States; these transfers are safeguarded as described in section 8. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, per our GA4 retention configuration.

You can block or delete analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings. The website remains fully usable without them.

8. International data transfers

Some of our processors are established in, or transfer data to, the United States:

  • Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and contact-form processing.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC, USA, as sub-processor) — website analytics.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or, where the recipient is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data processing changes. Material changes (new processors, new categories of data, changes in retention) are announced via email to active contacts where appropriate.
